We have now launched our on-line purchasing facility! Please read the information below and if you have any questions or if you wish to order items not included in our on-line shop please contact the office on 01577 840570 or by using the online contact form.
All prices in our Garden Play section are inclusive of VAT.
Choose the items you wish to purchase, click on the ‘add to basket’ button to add it to your shopping cart. *Make sure you include the swing seats and any grass safety matting required
• Once you’ve added all the items you want, click on the ‘checkout’ button. You will be asked to register and fill in your personal details – please ensure you fill in the details accurately. If you have ordered from us before you can simply log-in using your email address and password.
• You will be asked if there are any special delivery instructions – in case there is no one available to receive the order.
PLEASE NOTE: we pass any special delivery instructions on to our couriers, however please be aware that these will be followed at the courier's discretion.
• Once you have registered you will see a breakdown of your order including the delivery cost. We have included a table of delivery costs below.
• You are then asked to click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button which will automatically transfer you to RBS WorldPay who will securely take your payment details. Please note: Caledonia Play is the trading name of “Radway Continental” – WorldPay payments will be taken in this name, and consequently the payment name on your credit card statement will be “Radway Continental”.
• Once the order is complete, you will receive an email from WorldPay confirming your payment and one from us confirming receipt of your order – please take a note of your Caledonia Play order number (starting with the word CALEDONIA followed by a number string) for future reference.
• The next email you receive from us will be an order update indicating that your order is ‘in transit’ and should be delivered within 3 working days – please see Delivery Information below for more details.
Delivery Information
Caledonia Play deliver to mainland UK addresses. For NI and other destinations out with the mainland, please call the office so that we can quote you a competitive delivery price. We have experience of delivering to the Scottish Islands, so again please give us a call.
We have calculated our delivery charges on a weight and volume basis. As you shop, you will be able to see what additional delivery charges are due, so there are no surprises when it comes to check out. On receipt of your order, we will endeavour to deliver within 14 days.
Most of our deliveries are sent by Tuffnells. They operate a 3 day service, Monday to Friday. Because we use a third party for most of our deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, for an additional charge, we may be able to organise an overnight/next day delivery or a specific day delivery. Please call the office to see if this will be possible.
We also use Royal Mail Parcel Force for smaller deliveries, and for our larger structures, we have our own in house delivery team.
If you live locally to Caledonia Play, you can collect equipment from us. Please call before hand to ensure we have everything you need in stock.
Receipt of Goods
On receipt of goods please ensure that everything has arrived safely and undamaged. If there is a problem, please write ‘damaged’ on the couriers consignment note and then get in touch with the office so we can deal with the issue as quickly as possible. Please look at our full ‘Terms and Conditions’ for additional information.
Assembly
Caledonia Play's modular, add-on design and interchangeable swing accessories allow our play structures to grow with your children. All play structures are delivered unassembled with assembly instructions and illustrations to assist you. We would advise that equipment is assembled by a minimum of 2 adults.
Installation
We are able to install our equipment nationwide. The cost of this service varies on distance, time and product. If you would like us to quote you a price for this service, please call the office on 01577 840 570. If you are interested in our Installation Service please contact the office to order.
Nature of Wood
Please be aware that timber is a natural product and will be affected by the influence of changing weather conditions (with cracks and corrosion). After some time timber will become grey, this is normal reaction to sunlight and other weather conditions. Cracks and splinters are normal and do not shorten the life of the product or affect the structural integrity of the equipment.
